When people first hear about Third Space, they sometimes ask what kind of program this is. Which system are we teaching. Which model do we use.
The honest answer is that we're not teaching a system, and we don't have a single model. Third Space is a community of coaches and consultants who help leaders find their own voice. The center of the room is the leader becoming more fully who they are.
That distinction has consequences. It means we don't have a playbook to hand you. It means our coaches don't all sound alike. It means the work goes slower at the start, because we don't begin by giving you a frame to fit yourself into.
It also means that what you walk away with is yours. Not a system you'll have to re-learn next year when the model gets updated. A clearer sense of what's yours to do.
That's the trade we made on purpose.
