Coaching & Cohorts
The first most common question a leader asks is, what do I do about my difficult team member? The second, and the one that matters more, is: what do other leaders actually do? Cohorts and coaching are how Third Space answers it.
A coach who's with you in the actual work — not delivering a curriculum. Most engagements run six to twelve months, with bi-weekly sessions and ongoing access between them.
Six to ten leaders, meeting every other week for several months. No curriculum to march through. The agenda is what's actually on each leader's plate this week.
Sometimes the work is bigger than the leader. We do team offsites, founder-team alignment, and senior team development for organizations that want depth over deliverables.
Cohorts
A small group of founders who meet every other Tuesday for two hours. We work on what's actually on each leader's plate this week, not a pre-built curriculum. Eight founders. Twelve sessions.
