Most coaching is a calendar slot. Forty-five minutes, twice a month, two questions, three takeaways. It's fine. It's just not the thing.
What we do is closer to a working partnership. A coach who knows what's actually on your plate this week, who reads the email you're drafting before you send it, who's in the room with you when the season changes.
Quieter. Slower. More useful.

We bring tools when they help and put them away when they don't. The agenda is what's on your plate this week, not a curriculum someone else wrote.

Your coaching team
Coaching at Third Space is delivered by a small, vetted team. When you write us, we'll suggest a name or two from the team who'd be a fit for what you're carrying, based on the seat you sit in, the season you're in, and the work you're trying to do.
You'll have a short call with the coach we recommend before committing to anything. If there's no fit, we'll say so and try again.
