Three days at The Harpeth in Franklin, Tennessee, just south of Nashville. A hand-selected room of growth-minded men in their second to fourth season of life, having the conversations they don't have anywhere else. No keynote pageantry. No breakout track navigation.

Who comesGrowth-minded men in their second to fourth season of life. CEOs, founders, senior operators, and the men coming up beside them.

What this is

What it is. What it isn't.

It is

  • Three days with about 50 hand-selected men
  • Small-group working sessions, not keynote audiences
  • Conversations you've been needing to have, with people who can hold them
  • Time built in for long walks and front-porch quiet

It isn't

  • Not a conference: no expo floor, no breakout track navigation
  • Not a networking event: no handshakes that go nowhere
  • Not a curriculum: no slides, no homework
  • Not a retreat where you're alone with your thoughts

A few principles

How the room is built.

01

Small rooms by design.

Hand-sized at about 50 men, not 500. Most of the work happens in groups of four to six, where everyone has air time and the room gets close enough to actually help.

02

Working sessions, not keynote audiences.

No one's giving a TED Talk™. Beau and Michael open the conversation and step back. The room itself does most of the work.

03

Conversations, not transactions.

You leave with people you'll be talking to in six months, not a stack of business cards. We pick the room with that in mind.

04

Time for the long walks.

Sessions are short on purpose. The space between them (meals, walks, fire pit) is where most of the thinking actually happens.

Executive Track · April 20–21

Come in a couple of days early.

Two extra days, April 20–21, for a smaller group that comes in ahead of the Summit. Fewer people, longer sessions, and more time with leaders carrying the same weight you are. We're still building the program. Tell us you're interested and we'll send it to you first.
