Small rooms by design.
Hand-sized at about 50 men, not 500. Most of the work happens in groups of four to six, where everyone has air time and the room gets close enough to actually help.
Summit
Three days with the men you don't find anywhere else.

Photos: The Harpeth Hotel
Three days at The Harpeth in Franklin, Tennessee, just south of Nashville. A hand-selected room of growth-minded men in their second to fourth season of life, having the conversations they don't have anywhere else. No keynote pageantry. No breakout track navigation.
Who comesGrowth-minded men in their second to fourth season of life. CEOs, founders, senior operators, and the men coming up beside them.

A few principles
Hand-sized at about 50 men, not 500. Most of the work happens in groups of four to six, where everyone has air time and the room gets close enough to actually help.
No one's giving a TED Talk™. Beau and Michael open the conversation and step back. The room itself does most of the work.
You leave with people you'll be talking to in six months, not a stack of business cards. We pick the room with that in mind.
Sessions are short on purpose. The space between them (meals, walks, fire pit) is where most of the thinking actually happens.

Departures

Executive Track · April 20–21
Two extra days, April 20–21, for a smaller group that comes in ahead of the Summit. Fewer people, longer sessions, and more time with leaders carrying the same weight you are. We're still building the program. Tell us you're interested and we'll send it to you first.

The venue
Everything happens at The Harpeth: the sessions, the dinners, and your room. It's a boutique hotel in downtown Franklin, right on the river and a block off Main Street, with 1799 Kitchen on site for Southern cooking and Tennessee whiskey. You won't need a car once you're there.

Founder, Series B SaaS company
"It's the only room I've been in where someone wasn't trying to convince me their model was the answer. It made it easier to admit what mine actually is."

"I keep finding myself in conversations with people from this room I would never have found anywhere else."
President, regional non-profit
