First, what a cohort is
A Third Space cohort is a small, curated room of leaders who meet monthly. No slide decks, no homework — just the real work each leader is carrying, held by a Third Space lead. Three open rooms are forming now:

A private cohort is the same room and the same format, built around your team or your network instead of filled one leader at a time. The open rooms run six months starting in the fall.
